The PEG2000 chain endows it with good water solubility and biocompatibility, which helps to stabilize circulation in the body. The DOTA group can efficiently chelate metal ions (such as gallium and copper), making it suitable for radiolabeling and molecular imaging. HA35k (hyaluronic acid) endows it with the ability to target CD44 receptors, which can be used for tumor targeted delivery or imaging.
