DOPG:DOPC:Chol:NBD-lipid/1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phospho-(1-rac-glycerol) (sodium salt):1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine:Cholesterol:1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-(7-nitro-2-1,3-benzoxadiazol-4-yl) (ammonium salt) (NBD PE) is a mixture of lipids including two different phospholipids, cholesterol, and a fluorescently labeled lipid. This represents a lipid molecule labeled with the fluorescent probe NBD(Nitrobenzoxadiazole). The NBD group allows for tracking and visualization in fluorescence microscopy or spectroscopy studies, making it useful in exploring lipid distribution, bilayer dynamics, or interactions within the membrane.
