Product description
(Fluorescein isothiocyanate) FITC is a yellow or orange crystalline powder,which is easily soluble in water and alcohol.There are two kinds of isomers,among which isomer type I is better in efficiency,stability and protein binding ability.The molecular weight of FITC is 389.4,the maximum absorption wavelength is 490-495nm,and the maximum emission wavelength is 520-530nm,showing a bright yellow green fluorescence.FITC is the most widely used fluorescein because it can be stored in cold,dark and dry place for many years.
