DiO,cas:34215-57-1
(DiOC18(3))3,3′-dioctadecyloxacarbocyanine perchlorate
Product description
Dio, a lipophilic membrane dye, is one of the most commonly used fluorescent probes for cell membrane, showing green fluorescence. The maximum excitation wavelength is 484 nm and the maximum emission wavelength is 501 nm. Dio can be dissolved in anhydrous ethanol, DMSO and DMF, and the solubility is about 1-2.5mg/ml. It is found that when it is difficult to dissolve, it can be heated properly and treated with ultrasonic to promote dissolution.
