Dihydromyricetin-Biotin

Dihydromyricetin-Biotin is a bifunctional molecule formed by coupling. As a non radioactive tracer probe, it tracks the absorption, distribution, and metabolic pathways of dihydromyricetin in cells and animals, solving the problem of difficulty in tracing natural flavonoids in vivo. Combining the antioxidant activity of dihydromyricetin with the fixation ability of biotin, a reusable functional antioxidant film is constructed for anti pollution modification of biosensing interfaces. Based on the biotin streptavidin system, target proteins that interact with dihydromyricetin are enriched for the screening and identification of natural product targets.
