DBCO-NHCO-PEG4-amine,Dibenzocyclooctyne-NHCO-polyethylene glycol4-amine from ruixi.Amino group can modify the active group which can react with primary amine, form stable amide bond with carboxyl (- COOH), and form amide bond with active ester (- NHS) at ph7-8.5. Polyethylene glycol can increase the solubility and stability of drugs, reduce the immunogenicity of peptides and proteins, and inhibit the nonspecific binding of charged molecules on the modified surface.It can modify proteins, peptides and other small molecular materials.It is widely used in scientific research, drug release, new nano materials research and cell culture.
