DBCO-Hyaluronic acid400k/Hyaluronic acid400k-DBCO/Dibenzocyclooctyne-Hyaluronic acid400k is a customized hyaluronic acid derivative designed for the field of bioorthogonal chemistry. As a bifunctional cross-linking unit, it reacts with other biological macromolecules modified by azide to prepare injectable, in-situ molded hyaluronic acid based smart hydrogels. Based on the CD44 targeting properties of HA and the click reaction activity of DBCO, targeted modification of nanocarriers is achieved to achieve precise drug delivery to tumor sites.
