D-alpha tocopherol acid polyethylene glycol succinate-s-s-Paclitaxel from ruixi D-alpha tocopherol acid polyethylene glycol succinate-s-s-Polycaprolactone ,TPGS-S-S-PTX from ruixi.Disulfide bond links PEGylated vitamin E succinate with Paclitaxel.The biocompatible polyethylene glycol 1000 vitamin E succinate (tpgs) was used as the carrier material to synthesize paclitaxel with reduced response, which was self-assembled in water to form a drug loaded micelle and realize the co delivery of paclitaxel and drug.
