Sambucus Nigra Lectin (SNA, EBL)-CY5/CY5-SNA.When Cy5 binds to black mulberry bean agglutinin (SNA/EBL), its binding mode can be displayed in cell imaging and flow cytometry. The excitation wavelength required for Cy5 to emit fluorescence is high enough to avoid overlapping with most other fluorescent dyes, making it suitable for double labeling experiments.
