Cy5-PEG-PSMA-11 is a near-infrared fluorescent PSMA-targeted imaging ligand.Cy5-PEG-PSMA-11 is a fluorescently labeled version of the clinically used PSMA-11 ligand (also known as PSMA-HBED-CC), engineered by attaching a Cy5 NIR dye through a PEG linker.

The PEG spacer preserves the PSMA-binding affinity of PSMA-11 while improving aqueous solubility and providing spatial separation between the dye and the targeting motif.
