CY5.5-NH2,Cyanine5.5-amine from ruixi.Cyanine5.5 (Cy5.5 analog) amine derivative. The dye contains a free amine group which can be conjugated with a variety of functionalities, including NHS esters, and epoxides.Cy5.5 is a far-red (and near-infrared) emitting dye which is ideal for fluorescence measurements where background fluorescence is a concern. It is also suitable for in vivo NIR imaging experiments.
