Cyanine5-4-Hydroxycoumarin/4-Hydroxycoumarin,CY5 labeled /4-Hydroxycoumarin-CY5 is a fluorescently labeled functionalized derivative. By utilizing the near-infrared fluorescence characteristics of CY5 and deeply penetrating biological tissues, the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of 4-hydroxycoumarin anticoagulant drugs in living animals can be observed intuitively, and the in vivo mechanism of action of the drugs can be analyzed. Based on the low background interference characteristics of near-infrared fluorescence, this probe is used for targeted fluorescence imaging of tumor tissues to assist in the in vivo targeting evaluation of 4-hydroxycoumarin anti-tumor lead compounds.
