Cyanine3-Ectoine/Ectoine-CY3/Ectoine,CY3 labeled/Ectoine,Cyanine3 labeled is a fluorescently labeled derivative of Ecrotoxin. As a fluorescent probe, it is used to study the binding mode of Yikeduoyin with biomolecules such as proteins and nucleic acids, and to reveal the molecular mechanism of Yikeduoyin stabilizing biomolecules. By utilizing the long wavelength fluorescence tracing properties of CY3, the penetration depth is better than that of short wavelength CY2, allowing for intuitive observation of the permeation pathways and distribution patterns of Eckdoin in deep skin layers, cells, and organisms, and clarifying the mechanism of action of Eckdoin.
