Cy5.5 peg hydrazide is a kind of nano active near infrared fluorescent dye with terminal hydrazide group(-NH2).Hydrazide is a carbonyl reaction functional group,which can react with aldehyde or ketone groups to form a stable hydrazone bond.The reaction of hydrazide and carbonyl group makes cy5.5 dye combine with polysaccharide,glycosylated protein,antibody and enzyme.Cy5.5peg dye is a bright near-infrared fluorescent dye with excitation/emission wavelengths of 675nm/ 694nm.The peg crosslinker between cy5.5 and hydrazide group has better water solubility,lower steric hindrance and higher stability.
