Cu-TEPA is a metal organic framework material (MOF). Under simulated sunlight, Cu-TEPA can efficiently catalyze the reduction of CO ₂ to CO (86.0 μ mol g ⁻¹ h ⁻¹) and precipitate O ₂ (43.9 μ mol g ⁻¹ h ⁻¹), outperforming most MOF based photocatalysts. TEPA ligands act as photosensitive centers and water oxidation catalysts, with Cu (I) sites dominating CO ₂ reduction and M-C bonds constructing efficient electron transport channels.
Cu-TEPA (copper triethylenetetramine) is an anti-tumor drug delivery system based on copper coordination chemistry, which combines the biological activity of copper ions with the alkylation of TEPA (triethylenetetramine).
Cu-TEPA forms a stable complex by coordinating copper ions (Cu ² ⁺) with the nitrogen atom of TEPA, and the introduction of copper enhances the targeting and redox activity of the drug.
