Cu(II)-MOF-1, Copper(II)-metal organic framework-1 from ruixi.The three-dimensional Cu (II) -MOF was synthesized by dithiopyridyl substituted diketo acid ligands and Cu (OAC) 2 in solution.MOFs materials are composed of metal ions (clusters) and organic compounds, which have the advantages of large specific surface area, easy regulation of structure and function, and porous properties. MOFs also have potential applications in photocatalytic CO2 reduction, organic synthesis or water decomposition to produce hydrogen / oxygen.
