Polypeptide modified peg-dspe functional branches were synthesized by the specific reaction between maleimide and thiol group.Targeted CPPs modified nano liposomes were constructed by thin film dispersion method.The physicochemical properties in vitro,including average particle size,surface potential,entrapment efficiency,polydispersity index and in vitro release rate,were studied by laser particle size analyzer and ultraviolet fluorescence spectrophotometry.
