COOH-PEG-TK-NHS/NHS-PEG-TK-COOH is a chemical substance that is a polymer composed of a series of molecules. NHS stands for N-hydroxysuccinimide (N-hydroxysuccinimide), PEG stands for polyethylene glycol, TK stands for ROS reactive oxygen species-responsive nanomedicine carrier-ketal thiol (Tk), and COOH stands for carboxyl (carboxyl group). NHS-PEG-TK-COOH is widely used in medicine to prepare nanoparticle carriers for therapeutic proteins and has good biocompatibility and stability.
