By leveraging the integrin targeting ability of c (RGDfK) and combining it with the green fluorescence properties of FITC, high signal-to-noise ratio tumor targeted imaging at the cellular level can be achieved. As a targeted modification unit, it is used in delivery systems such as functionalized liposomes and nanomicelles to enhance the targeted enrichment efficiency of carriers towards tumor cells.
