Cellsome made from Cardiolipin Lipids(PC:CL (85:15 molar ratio))
Cellsome made from Cardiolipin Lipids(PC:CL (85:15 molar ratio))
Product description
Cardiolipin(CL)is a diphosphatidylglycerol structure containing four fatty acyl side chains, forming a dimer structure;Phosphatidylcholine(PC)is a common phospholipid with a hydrophilic head and a hydrophobic tail The hydrophilic heads(phosphate groups)of PC and CL face the inner and outer aqueous environments, while the hydrophobic tails(fatty acid chains)interact with each other inside the membrane At physiological pH,CL carries a negative charge, while PC is neutral; The mixing ratio of PC:CL(85:15)results in a weak negative charge on the surface of the liposome as a whole.
