BSA-maleimide

BSA-maleimide is a conjugate of bovine serum albumin (BSA) and maleimide, a molecule commonly used for protein conjugation. Maleimide specifically reacts with thiol (sulfhydryl) groups present on proteins, forming a stable thioether bond.
