BSA-Cortisol

Bovine serum albumin-Cortisol/Cortisol-BSA/Cortisol-Bovine serum albumin is a protein conjugate obtained by covalently coupling small molecule cortisol with bovine serum albumin(BSA). It is often used as a core material in immune detection systems and can be used to construct anti fouling electrochemical biosensors, achieving high-sensitivity detection of low concentrations of cortisol in human sweat and serum, and adapting to trace analysis scenarios of complex biological samples. At the same time, it can also serve as an immunogen to assist in the preparation of specific antibodies against cortisol, supporting the development of cortisol related immune detection methods. It is a commonly used tool and reagent in the fields of stress physiology and endocrine research.
