Block Ta2O5-TiO2 composite aerogel/Block Ta2O5-Titanium Dioxide composite aerogel/Block tantalic oxide-TiO2 composite aerogel/Block tantalic oxide-Titanium Dioxide composite aerogel from ruixi.Ta2O5-TiO2 composite aerogel was successfully prepared by sol-gel method and supercritical drying using tantalum ethanol and butyl titanate as raw materials and ethanol as solvent. Field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) were used , electron energy spectroscopy (EDS) and specific surface area adsorption instrument (BET) in scanning electron microscope mode were used to characterize it. The results show that the aerogel is composed of Ti and Ta oxyhydroxide colloids with particle sizes in the nm range. It is a porous network structure material with low density and high specific surface area formed by the accumulation of particles. The pore size distribution is mainly concentrated in 5~15 nm, the specific surface area is 492.9m2/g, and the density is about 90 mg/cm3.
