Biotin-Stachydrine hydrochloride

Biotin-Stachydrine hydrochlorideare functionalized biotin conjugates that covalently link biotin (vitamin B7) to the active ingredient of traditional Chinese medicine, hydrochloride alkaloids. They are the core tool molecules in the research field of targeted enrichment of natural alkaloids and the pharmacological substance basis of motherwort. By bridging biotin hydrochloride with streptavidin and coupling it to the surface of targeted nanocarriers, the enrichment efficiency of active ingredients at the site of kidney injury is significantly improved, and non-specific exposure to systemic administration is significantly reduced.
