Azithromycin(azithromycin)is a semi synthetic 15 membered macrolide antibiotic, which is used to treat bacterial infection.The mechanism of action of azithromycin is the same as that of erythromycin and other drugs.It also produces antibacterial effect by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. Tobramycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic.It is used for urinary tract infections caused by Staphylococcus and gram-negative bacilli,such as pyelonephritis,cystitis,epididymitis,pelvic inflammatory disease,prostatitis, etc.respiratory tract infections,such as pneumonia,acute or chronic bronchitis,etc.ophthalmic preparations are used for the treatment of local infections of external eyes and appendages caused by sensitive bacteria.The three components all have antibacterial effect.
