A salt of azide,an inhibitor of the electron transport system,that forms a coordination compound with cytochrome and prevents the reduction of cytochrome oxidase oxidized A3 component.Maleimide (2,5-pyrrolidone) is a novel functional group on the surface of nanoparticles,which is easy to couple with cell penetrating peptides.The conjugation can be realized by click chemistry,and its biological function can be retained.
