Amphiphilic Polyvinyl Alcohol Aerogel
Amphiphilic Polyvinyl Alcohol Aerogel
Product description
Using polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as the basic skeleton and maleic acid (MA) as the auxiliary cross-linking agent, an amphiphilic aerogel was synthesized. This aerogel showed excellent peroxidase-like activity. By adjusting maleic acid The dosage exposes a large number of carboxyl groups and ester groups on the surface of the airgel, which can be used as catalytic active sites and substrates for enzymatic reactions, 3,3,5,5-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB), respectively. Binding sites for dopamine and hydrogen peroxide H2O2. This aerogel was used to efficiently catalyze the color reaction of TMB oxidized by H2O2, and a glucose sensing detection method was established.
