Product description
Alkyne-Poly(D,L-lactide)-poly(ethylene glycol)-Carboxyl,Alkyne-PLA-PEG-COOH from ruixi.Alkyne-PLA-PEG-COOH is a biofunctional amphiphilic block copolymer with COOH group at the end of PEG and Alkyne at the end of Poly(D,L-lactide). PLA-PEG-alkyne is a functional amphiphilic block copolymer with alkyne group at the end of PEG. PLA-PEG-Alkyne is used to prepare micelles or nanoparticles with alkyne on the micelle surface for bioconjugation via click chemistry. Hydrophobic drugs is encapsulated in the PLA core for targeted drug delivery.
