This composite material combines alumina (Al2O3) and silica (SiO2) and is used in various applications, including ceramics, refractories, and catalyst supports due to its favorable thermal and chemical properties.The network structure of Al2O3-SiO2 aerogel is mainly composed of long strip-shaped particles stacked and cross-linked with each other, and has a relatively obvious three-dimensional spatial network structure.After heat treatment of Al2O3-SiO2 aerogel at 1200℃, the sample still has a specific surface area as high as 173m2/g.
