AKG/CY5@ROS Responsive carrier PLGA-RVG29 (100nm)/AKG/CY5@PLGA-RVG29 (100nm) is a multifunctional brain targeted nanoparticle with a particle size of approximately 100 nm. Using PLGA-RVG29 as the carrier skeleton, it has the ability to release reactive oxygen species (ROS) responsive drugs and can synergistically deliver alpha ketoglutarate (AKG) and near-infrared fluorescent dye CY5. It is designed for targeted therapy and real-time imaging of neurodegenerative diseases such as disease of Parkinson.
