Ac-muramyl-Ala-D-Glu(Lys(stearoyl)-OH)-NH2, CAS: 78113-36-7 from ruixi.The investigation of the adjuvant activity of this muramyl peptide on humoral and cellular immune responses showed that it augments the mitogenic responses of splenic lymphocytes to phytohemagglutinin and lipopolysaccharide and the formation of antibodies to sheep erythrocytes in mice. In addition, it potentiated polyclonal B cell activation in vivo and in vitro.
