Succinimidyl Valerate-Polyethylene glycol--Hydrazide ,SVA-PEG-Hydrazide from ruixi.Hydrazide-PEG-SVA is a linear heterobifunctional PEG reagent with a Succinimidyl Valerate a succinimidyl Hydrazide ester group. It is a useful crosslinking reagent with a PEG spacer.PEGylation can increase solubility and stability and reduce immunogenicity of peptides and proteins. It can also suppress the non-specific binding of charged molecules to the modified surfaces.The succinimidyl valerate is an active ester used for the PEGylation of primary amines.SVA-PEG1000-Hydrazide、SVA-PEG2000-Hydrazide、SVA-PEG3.4k-Hydrazide and so on.We can also customize smaller molecular weight (550).
