DSPE-thioketal(TK)-PEG-NHS,1,2-distearoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-thioketal- polyethylene glycol-NHS from ruixi.Thioketal was used as ROS reactive nano drug carrier. DSPE connects TK, PEG and then NHS. DSPE thioketal (TK) - peg-nhs is used as ROS reactive oxygen species liposome in drug delivery system (DDS). DSPE thioketal (TK) - peg-nhs can also be used as an intermediate to couple other compounds, such as peptides, sugars, fluorescence, small molecules, inhibitors, proteins, enzymes, antibodies, etc., so that the final product has ROS response characteristics.
