5-FITC-PEG3-Amine is a fluorescent dye.Its maximum excitation or emission wavelength is 494-517nm.It contains a free amino group.It can react with hydroxysalicylic acid,activated NHS ester and Xiang Group (ketone,aldehyde).The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases the solubility in aqueous medium and reduces the steric hindrance in the binding process.
