 ¹⁷⁷Lu-Pentixather is an emerging radiopharmaceutical used in targeted radionuclide therapy. Pentixather is a small molecule that selectively binds to the CXCR4 receptor. By combining this targeting molecule with Lutetium-177, which emits beta particles, it becomes possible to deliver targeted radiation to cells that overexpress the CXCR4 receptor.
