DPPC(16:0 PC):Chemical name 1,2-dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine,containing two 16 carbon saturated fatty acid chains(C16:0),without double bonds, forming a highly ordered lipid bilayer structure;Its phase change temperature is 41℃,and it is gelatinous at normal temperature(25℃),Cholesterol:30% molar ratio,reduces membrane fluidity by embedding into phospholipid gaps,inhibits phospholipid crystallization,enhances liposome mechanical stability and drug encapsulation efficiency.
