15: 0 PC(1,2-dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine):contains two 15 carbon saturated fatty acid chains(C15:0),without double bonds, forming a tight lipid bilayer structure.Cholesterol: accounts for 30% molar ratio,inhibits membrane fluidity by filling phospholipid gaps, enhances liposome stability and drug encapsulation efficiency.After reconstitution,the liposome particle size is about 100 nm, with a pH value of 7.4,suitable for physiological condition research and drug delivery.
