This liposome is composed of 100% 16:0-18:00 PC,namely 1-palmitoyl-2-stearoyl-sn-gycero-3-phosphoryline,where the fatty acid chains are fully saturated(sn-1 position is palmitic acid(16:0),sn-2 position is stearic acid(18:0)).Fully saturated fatty acid chains avoid oxidation and hydrolysis reactions,significantly improving the storage stability of liposomes (stored in a dry and dark environment at -20℃).
