22:0 PC(DBPC,1,2-di-2-dodecanoyl-sn-glycerin-3-phosphocholine)Containing two long-chain saturated fatty acids (C22:0),the molecular arrangement is highly ordered,forming a rigid lipid bilayer,significantly reducing the fluidity and permeability of the membrane.Cholesterol(30% molar ratio):Inhibits phase transition by filling the gaps between phospholipid carbon chains,reduces the aggregation and rupture of liposomes during freeze-drying,and enhances the physical stability after reconstitution.
