Product description
IR-820 hydrazide is a chemically modified derivative of the near-infrared (NIR) dye IR-820, where a hydrazide functional group (-CONHNH₂) is introduced to enable reactive conjugation.
Applications:
Targeted imaging–conjugation to oxidized polysaccharides, proteins, or antibodies.
Nanoparticle labeling–for in vivo tracking of drug delivery systems.
Theranostics–as a dual imaging/therapy probe in NIR-guided treatments.
Biosensing–coupling with aldehyde-functional substrates for fluorescence-based detection.
