Gd-DTPA-BMA from ruixi.DTPA-BMA is a derivative of DTPA, which retains three anionic carboxyl groups. The carboxyl groups at positions 1 and 4 are replaced by 2-methylamide (- CONHCH3) respectively. After forming a chelate with Gd, DTPA-BMA will become neutral without charge.
