Product description

The immunogenicity of C (rgdyk)-peg-dspe was derived from C (rgdyk)-peg-dspe, which eventually led to serious life-threatening toxicity.However,C(rgdyk) itself had no ability to induce immune response.The results of antibody typing showed that IgG3 was the main subtype of specific IgG antibody of C (rgdyk) modified liposomes,and the antibody production rate was fast,suggesting that C (rgdyk) modified liposomes belonged to T cell independent type-2 (TI-2) antigen. At the same time,it was found that cytotoxic chemotherapeutic drugs could mask the immunogenicity of C (rgdyk) modified liposomes,but there might be safety problems when they were used to deliver molecular targeted drugs with good tumor cell specificity and low adverse reactions in normal tissues.
